RTO MASTER

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using rtomaster.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use our Platform.

These terms apply to all users including free-tier, PRO subscribers, and visitors. The Platform is operated by GR Technology Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account
• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One account per person — multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted
• By registering, you represent that all information you provide is truthful and accurate

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@rtomaster.in
• Keeping your contact information (email, mobile) up to date

4. Free Tier & PRO Subscription

Free Tier:

• 3 tests per day, maximum 15 questions per test
• Access to all question categories and traffic signs guide
• Google AdSense advertisements are shown to free-tier users
• Leaderboard participation and referral programme

PRO Subscription:

• Unlimited daily tests and question sets
• Zero advertisements
• AI-powered performance analysis and doubt-solving
• Exclusive performance certificates
• Subscription fee: ₹99/month or ₹449/6 months (prices may change with notice)

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Subscription Payments:

• Payments are processed via Razorpay or direct UPI
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Successful payment activates PRO access within 30 minutes (usually instant)

RTO Document Service Payments:

• Service fees (DL PDF, RC PDF, Insurance, PVC Card) are paid via UPI before order confirmation
• You must submit a valid UTR (transaction reference) to complete your order
• We verify your payment before processing your order

Refund Policy:

• PRO subscriptions: If PRO access is not activated within 2 hours of confirmed payment, contact us for a full refund
• Document services: Refund available if we are unable to fulfil the order. Once a document is delivered, refunds are not applicable
• No refunds for change of mind after PRO access is activated
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days to support@rtomaster.in with payment proof

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Share your login credentials or allow others to use your account
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract content
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell our question bank, content, or code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
• Submit false UTR numbers or fraudulent payment claims
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free tier or referral programme
• Post offensive, illegal, or misleading content in any user-facing feature
• Use the Platform to facilitate or assist any illegal activity

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the question bank (500+ questions), answer explanations, traffic sign database, UI design, code, logos, and the "RTO Master India" brand — is the intellectual property of GR Technology Pvt Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without explicit written permission from us.

Traffic laws, MV Act provisions, and government sign standards used in our content are sourced from public domain government publications.

8. Accuracy of Content

We strive to keep our question bank, fine tables, and MV Act references accurate and up-to-date. However:

• Laws and fines may change — always verify with official government sources before acting
• Passing our mock tests does not guarantee passing the official RTO exam
• Document service assistance does not guarantee government approval of applications

For official information, refer to parivahan.gov.in, morth.nic.in, and your State RTO office.

9. Referral Programme

• Each valid referral (new user who registers using your code) rewards both parties with 7 days of PRO access
• Referral rewards are credited within 24 hours of the referred user completing registration
• Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, self-referral via multiple emails) will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all rewards
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time

10. Star Reward System

• Stars are earned by answering questions correctly (+20 per correct answer)
• Stars are a virtual reward and have no monetary value
• Accumulating 25,000 stars allows redemption for 1 month of PRO access
• Stars cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to modify star earn rates and redemption thresholds with reasonable notice

11. Termination

We may suspend or permanently delete your account at our discretion if you:

• Violate any section of these Terms
• Submit fraudulent payment claims or false order information
• Engage in abuse, harassment, or illegal activity on the Platform

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@rtomaster.in. Data deletion will be processed within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Question content will always be 100% current with the latest law amendments
• RTO document services will result in successful government application outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, GR Technology Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question during the preceding 3 months.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically applicable statutes including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Any dispute arising from use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at support@rtomaster.in. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified via in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
